Action required by June 30 to avoid service disruption - TLS Trunk configuration only.
Sinch/Inteliquent SBC TLS Root certificates are set to expire. Our Root CA provider GoDaddy has transitioned to a new R1 root certificate hierarchy and is completely phasing out legacy G2 certificates to meet updated security and browser standards.
If you are using TLS encryption on the Voyant network, the following Root certificate will need to be loaded on your TLS interface with Voyant no later than June 30 , 2026 to avoid service disruption.
Please also note that this new root certificate hierarchy does not include clientAuth EKU so client authentication will no longer be supported. Customers using clientAuth need to remove it from their Voyant TLS configuration.
