Description: Voyant engineers will be updating the default provisioning firmware tag for ATLAS/CAP/ANPI cluster Yealink model W70B phones. This will facilitate firmware versions that will not update to the current default firmware version.

Impact: No expected customer impact. This update will NOT force a phone reboot.
