Description: Sinch engineers will be updating the firmware on the Polycom Trio device models 8300,8500, and 8800. At the maintenance time remote configuration files will be updated and the phones sent a reset command to pull the new firmware. In the event a phone does not update, manual reboot by removing the power and powering up should force the phone to query the files and update.

Impact: Phones will reboot after pulling down the updated firmware.
