Voyant Service Affecting Notification (Low Probability)

Description: Voyant engineers will be restarting one of the services on one of the ANPI appservers. This process is being done to clear some standing alarms due to the recent upgrade. Production services should be supported by the remaining server(s) while this work is being done. This is being resched for 1/27 to add an update.
Impact: No customer impact is expected.
